Terms of Sale – Filters only

• Products are shipped FOB Southern California.
• For orders that meet minimum quantity requirements (as detailed in each product page) will be shipped freight prepaid to CA, AZ, NV, UT, NM and OR.
• for orders that do not meet minimum requirements or shipping to other locations will be entitled to a an additional shipping cost.
• Charges due to customer requested shipping features (not including fuel surcharge) such as delivery appointment, inside delivery, residential delivery, delivery to remote area, or liftgate service on delivery are to be paid by the customer.
• All returned items will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Items such as custom cut blankets are not returnable.
• Our normal lead time on standard products is 3-4 days. In some cases, depending on order size and production schedule, orders may not ship within that time frame. Customers will be advised of expected ship date within 24 hours of placing their order and will be notified of any exceptions or delays if they occur.
