(hereinafter, “MFS”) “Terms & Conditions” below, and the buyer accepts said terms and conditions upon either (a) signing an MFS product proposal (quote or estimate), (b) issuing a purchase order for services, equipment, and /or machinery set forth in a proposal, or (c) making a purchase directly via MFS’s online store here:
